2022

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Competed at the New England Division III Outdoor Championships and placed 10th with a career-best time of 17:57.98 in the 5000 meters (May 5-7).... Placed 15th in the 1500 meters with a career-best time of 4:52.06 at the NESCAC Championships (April 30).... Finished second in the 1500 meters in 4:56.68 at the Monks Track & Field Invitational (April 16).... Finished fifth in the 5,000 meters in 18:21.97 at the Tufts Quad Meet (April 9).... Won the 1,500 meters in 4:56.73 at the Bates College Quad Meet (April 2). 

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Competed at the New England Division III Indoor Championships and placed 11th with a career-best of time of 10:21.33 in the 3000 meters (Feb. 26).... Took third in the 3,000 meters in 10:28.91 at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 4).

2021

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Placed seventh in the 1500 meters in 5:07.56 at the Bates, Bowdoin, Colby Meet #3 (May 1).... Helped Bates take third in the 4x400 relay in 4:39.10 at the Bates, Bowdoin, Colby Meet #2 (April 24).

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... No season due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2020

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... No season due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Ran a personal record time of 5:31.96 in the mile at the Bowdoin Invitational (Feb. 22).... Won the 5,000 meters (personal-best 19:42.92) among Division II and III runners at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 18).

2019

Outdoor Highlights: Placed fourth in the 5,000 meters in season-best time of 19:59.67 at the Aloha Relays.... Ran a season-best time of 5:19.12 in the 1,500 meters at the MIT Quad Meet.

Indoor Highlights: Placed eighth in the 3,000 meters in a season-best time of 11:30.42 at the Maine State Meet.... Placed fifth and ran a season-best time of 5:49.07 in the mile at the USM Invitational.
