Outdoor Highlights: Won his third career All-NESCAC honor in the javelin throw, having placed third as a first-year and winning the conference title as a sophomore in 2019.... Smith ranked second in the NESCAC this season at 164'4".

2020

Indoor Highlights: Placed second in the weight throw (season-best 48-10) at the Bowdoin Invitational.... Placed sixth in the weight throw (47-0.25) and the shot put (38-8.25) at the Maine State Meet.... Placed fourth in the weight throw (44-9.75) and 14th in the shot put (career-best 39-5.75) at the USM Invitational.... Placed fifth in the weight throw (45-5) at the Bates Invitational.... Placed fourth in the weight throw (48-6) and seventh in the shot put (39-5.75) at the Bates-Colby-MIT Tri-Meet.

2019

Outdoor Highlights: Took ninth place in both the javelin throw (170-3) and the discus throw (career-best 137-9) at the New England Division III Championships.... Won the NESCAC javelin throw championship with a top effort of 173-10, earning his second career All-NESCAC honor for a top-three event performance.... Smith also placed fourth in the discus throw (133-6) at NESCACs.... Placed second in the discus throw (136-10), second in the javelin (173-9), and fifth in the hammer (career-best 140-5) at the Maine State Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championships.... Placed third in the javelin throw (170-4) at the UNH Wildcat Invitational.... Took third place in the javelin throw (174-5) at the Bates, RPI, MIT, Tufts Quad Meet.

Indoor Highlights: Placed 18th in the weight throw (47-9) at the New England Division III Men's Indoor Track & Field Championships.... Placed third in the weight throw (48-3.5) at the Bowdoin Invitational.... Placed third in the weight throw (49-7.25) at the Maine State Men's Indoor Championships.... Placed second in the weight throw (career-best 50-0.75) at the USM Invitational.

2018

Outdoor Highlights: Tossed the javelin a career-best 182-7 at the MIT Final Qualifying Meet.... Placed 16th in the javelin throw (164-0) at the New England Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships.... Placed third in the javelin with a then-personal-best distance of 168-1 at the NESCAC Championships, earning All-NESCAC honors for the top-three finish.... Took third place in the javelin (159-5) at the UNH Wildcat Invitational.... Won the javelin throw (161-9) at the Bowdoin Invitational.

Indoor Highlights: Placed sixth in the weight throw (40-2.75) and ninth in the shot put (career-best 36-11.75) at the USM Invitational.
