Outdoor Highlights: Finished 12th with a personal record time of 31:24.14 in the 10,000 meters at the Silfen Invitational (April 15-16).... Finished third in the 5K in a personal record time of 15:09.38 at the Tufts Invitational (April 9).
Indoor Highlights: Took second in the 5K (15:25.44) at the Maine State Meet (Feb. 5).... Finished second in the 3K with a personal record time of 8:45.94 at the Bates Invitational (Jan. 11).
2021
Outdoor Highlights: Took eighth in the 5K in 15:25.68 at the Tufts Invitational (May 8).... Finished third in the 5K at the Bates, Colby, Bowdoin Meet #3 (May 1).
2020
Indoor Highlights:Â Placed sixth in the 5,000 meters in a season-best time of 15:59.62 at the Maine State Meet.... Placed eighth in the 3,000 meters in a career-best time of 9:15.10 at the Bates Invitational.
2019
Outdoor Highlights: Placed seventh at the State of Maine Outdoor Championships in the 10,000 meters (33:37.57).... Placed seventh in the 3,000 meters (9:25.91) at the UNH Wildcat Invitational.... Ran a season-best time of 16:04.77 in the 5,000 meters at the Bates, RPI, MIT, Tufts Quad Meet.
Indoor Highlights:Â Did not compete in indoor track and field as a first-year.
