2020

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.

Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Ran a career-best time of 1:07.64 in the 500 meters at the Valentine Invitational.... Placed sixth in the 400 meters (53.66) at the Maine State Meet.

2019 

Outdoor Highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Won the 400-meter hurdles (career-best 57.31) and placed third in the 110 hurdles (16.49) at the Maine State Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championships.... Took third place in the 400-meter hurdles (58.07) at the UNH Wildcat Invitational.... Took first place in the 400-meter hurdles, in 57.71 seconds at the Bates, RPI, MIT, Tufts Quad Meet.

Indoor Highlights: Helped Bates place seventh in the 4x400 relay at the New England Division III Men's Indoor Championships....  Ran a career-best time of 52.57 seconds and placed sixth in the 400 meters at the Bowdoin Invitational.... Ran a career-best time of 8.42 seconds and placed seventh in the 55-meter hurdles at the Maine State Meet.... Ran a career-best time of 24.31 seconds in the 200 meters and placed 12th at the USM Invitational.... Finished second in the 60-meter hurdles (9.11) at the Bates Invitational.... Finished second in the 60-meter hurdles (9.27) and helped Bates place second in the 4x400 relay (3:37.18) at the Bates, Colby, MIT Tri-Meet.

2018

Outdoor Highlights: Took third place in the 400 hurdles (58.29) at the Maine State Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championships.... Finished third in the 400-meter hurdles, with a time of 57.85 seconds and placed sixth in the 110-meter hurdles with a career-best time of 16.62 seconds at the UNH Wildcat Invitational.... Placed fourth in the 400-meter hurdles (58.36) at the Tufts Quad Meet.

Indoor Highlights: Ran the 500 meters in a career-best 1:09.04 at the Valentine Invitational.... Won the 60-meter hurdles (career-best 8.91) at the Bates Invitational.... Placed third in the 60-meter hurdles (9.15) and helped Bates place second in the 4x400 relay at the Bates-Colby-MIT Tri-Meet.
