Indoor Highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Ran a career-best time of 15:35.91 in the 5,000 meters at the Valentine Invitational.
2019
Outdoor Highlights: Took sixth place out of 16 competitors in the 10,000-meter run at the New England Division III Outdoor Championships with a career-best time of 32:12.80.... Placed 21st in the 5,000-meter run at the NESCAC Championships with a career-best time of 15:49.52.... Placed third in the 10,000 meters (32:44.44) at the Maine State Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
Indoor Highlights: Placed sixth with a career-best time of 9:00.53 in the 3,000-meter run at the Maine State Meet.... Won the 3,000-meter run with a time of 9:15.62 at the USM Invitational.... Placed sixth with a career-best time of 4:44.90 in the mile run at the Bates Invitational.
