2019
Outdoor highlights: NESCAC Spring All-Academic selection.... Helped Bates place sixth in the 4x800 relay with a time of 7:53.16 at the New England Division III Championships.... Helped Bates place eighth in the 4x800 relay with a time of 8:18.17 at the NESCAC Championships.... Placed fourth in the 800 meters (personal-best 1:59.21) at the Maine State Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championships.... Helped Bates place third in the 4x400 relay in 3:33.49 at the UNH Wildcat Invitational.
Indoor highlights: NESCAC Winter All-Academic selection.... Helped Bates place second in the 4x800 relay (8:11.81) at the Maine State Men's Indoor Championships.... Outdoor Highlights: Competed at the NESCAC Championships and ran a personal-best time of 1:00.92 in the 400-meter hurdles.
Indoor Highlights: Won the the 1,000 meters (personal-best 2:46.84) at the USM Invitational.... Placed fourth in the 600-meters at the Bates-MIT-Colby Tri-Meet.
