Amanda Zerbib (Larchmont, N.Y.) on the right side of the shooting area. Zerbib tried to feed the ball to Cote in the middle but iit got deflected back to senior captain

The Nor'easters (5-7) kept the game close despite Bates controlling the action, as the Bobcats outshot the visitors 19-5.
The game stood scoreless at halftime before the Bobcats jumped on the board when a penalty corner led to the first goal of the game with 1:37 left in the third quarter.

Korisianos' hard cross was redirected by Madi Robito to the left post, where Isabel Culver was waiting. Culver tipped it home and the score stood tied at one with 5:45 remaining in regulation.
