Young was solid in a 3-0 win over Husson (three kills, two service aces, four digs) and against Connecticut College (six kills, five digs) before she really shined in a 3-1 win Saturday over Trinity, tallying a double-double with a season-high 10 kills and a career-high 15 digs. She also recorded a pair of blocks and a service ace to help Bates earn their second NESCAC win of the season.
