Junior Kelsey Chenoweth (Stowe, Vt.) led three Bates women who placed among the top 20 competitors out of 55 overall in the giant slalom at the Colby Carnival this Friday. Chenoweth came in 13th among all collegians with a two-run combined time of 2:09.68, including a first run of 1:04.98 that had her in seventh place halfway through the competition. 

Chenoweth (Stowe, Vt.) placed 12th out of 55 women in a two-run combined time of 1:35.85, in the slalom on Saturday, including a second run of 48.60 seconds that was eighth-fastest in the field.
